Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of a combination of warm foot bath therapy and deep breathing relaxation on blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Pampang Public Health Center. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a pretest-posttest approach. Data were collected using observation sheets and interviews. Results: The findings showed a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after the intervention of combined warm foot bath therapy and deep breathing relaxation. This indicates that the intervention was effective in helping to control blood pressure. Conclusion: The combination of warm foot bath and deep breathing relaxation can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This therapy may serve as an alternative non-pharmacological intervention recommended for health services such as Public Health Centers.
